Channa Masala


1. Heat oil in a large skillet.

2. Add 2 teaspoons Garam Masala and roast till aromatic.

3. Add 1/4 teaspoons mace.

4. Add 2 tablespoon Cumin seeds till splutter.

5. Add chopped Onion till brown.

6. Add salt.

7. Add 1 teaspoons tumeric.

8. Add 2 tablespoons of Garlic & Ginger paste till slightly cooked.

9. Add chopped tomatoes.

10. Add 1 fresh, hot green chili pepper (minced).

11. After tomatoes are cooked add 2 tablespoons Everest Kitchen King Masala.

12. while tomatoes are cooking add Chicken Stock (Optional).

13. add chickpeas cooking water.

14. add Tahini and let your souce thicken.

15. add 5 cups Chickpeas.

16. Add Lemon to taste.

17. Add fresh coriander.
