1. Make 2 deep slits on each side of the chicken. 2. Mix all the ingredients. 3. Apply the mixture evenly on the chicken. 4. Marinate for 30 minutes. 5. Then place the chicken in a pan. 6. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is fully tender. 7. Remove from heat. 8. Heat oil in a wok. 9. Fry the chicken on each side on low heat for about 2 minutes or until very light brown. 10.
