1. In a large mixing bowl coarsely break crackers, add peanuts and the raisins.

2. Melt margarine and marshmallows in a sucepot over medium heat.

3. Add in the vanilla and fruit juice ( may use water ). I always use juice.

4. Stir over heat until mixture thickens.

5. Usually if low heat it will take 5 minutes.

6. Pour over the dry ingredients in bowl.

7. Press into a greased large jelly roll pan.

8. About 40 cm x 30 cm.

9. They should come out thin like a cracker .

10. Refrigerate until cooled and firm.

11. Cut into bars, store in refrigerator.
