Charred Salsa


1. Slice tomato into half inch steaks (see picture).

2. Wash and rinse tomatillos, keep them whole.

3. Wash poblano pepper.

4. Quarter onion with skin on.

5. Grill all of these on all sides until blackened.

6. Take the stem off the poblano.

7. Take the charred outside of the onion off.

8. Put it all in a food processor.

9. Add the juice of one lime.

10. Process in food processor and you have the best summer salsa money can buy!
