Chawal(Rice) Ke Kabab


1. Soak rice in water for approximately 1 hour.

2. Grind the rice.

3. Pour boiling water over it, making a paste.

4. Finely chop the corriander and curry leaves alongwith the ginger and garlic.

5. Mix all the ingredients together.

6. Incorporate the mix onto a skewer with wet hands and cook on a slow charcoal flame.

7. Alternatively, pat the mix into several patties and shallow fry.

8. Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
