1. Lightly beat the eggs and season. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the spring onions for 2 minutes. Add the frozen peas and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until thawed and hot. 2. Add the bean sprouts and prawns and stir fry until the prawns just turn pink. 3. Add the noodles and heat through. Make a hole in the middle, add the eggs and stir until set. Then combine with the rest of the stir fry. 4. Stir in the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
