1. Heat oven to 200c. 2. Put the bacon slices in a baking dish 25x30cm. 3. Cook in the oven for 8 minutes. 4. Make a batter with the eggs and milk; add the parmesan cheese. 5. Remove the bacon slices from the oven and place the sliced tomatoes over them. 6. Pour over the batter. 7. Sprinkle with the grated cheddar and cook for 45-50 minutes or until well risen and golden. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
