1. Brown Meat, Onions and Garlic (don't skimp on browning the meat it makes up a lot of the flavour). 2. Add Strained Tomatoes and Tomatoe Puree. 3. season with salt/pepper and Oregano. 4. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. 5. In a small pot cook milk. 6. add proccessed cheese and mustard. 7. stir it constantly it scorches very fast. 8. stir in the conrstach. 9. let cook for 2 minutes. 10. Put the fusilli into a casserole dish. 11. add the tomatoe sauce and mix it a bit. 12. cover it with the chesse sauce. 13. top with gouda. 14. bake uncovered at 220° c for about 30-45 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
