Cheeseburger Pie In A Snap

1. pre-heat oven at 400º. Grease a round 9-in baking dish

2. In a skillet cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink, drain, stir in salt. spread in pie dish and sprinkle with cheese.

3. in a bowl combine remaining ingredients with a fork or wisk. pour into pie dish.

4. bake about 25 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
