Cheese-Curry Biscuit (Australia)


1. Mix dry ingredients by sifting into a mixing bowl.

2. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender.

3. Stir in grated cheese.

4. Combine egg yolk and milk by stirring with a fork; add to the dry mixture.

5. Continue stirring with fork until a stiff dough forms.

6. Turn out on lightly-floured board and roll out until 1/8-inch thick.

7. Cut into shape desired.

8. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

9. Bake at 375*F for 7-8 minutes.
