1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile in a large saucepan, cook the beef, onions and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink then drain. 3. Stir in mushrooms and spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 5. Place 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce into greased shallow 9x13 baking dish. 6. Drain pasta and place 1/2 over sauce. 7. Top with 1/2 of remaining meat sauce and spread with sour cream. 8. Top with american cheese and the rest of the pasta and sauce. 9. Sprinkle with Mozzerela cheese and cover. 10. Bake@ 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. 11. Uncover and bake for 5 to 10 minutes more or until fluffy. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
