1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions. 2. Preheat oven to 180c. 3. Brown mince in a non stick pan over medium heat with oil. 4. Add bolognese sauce to mince once browned and simmer for 4 minutes. 5. Combine pasta and mince mixture and spoon into ovenproof dish. 6. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, adding flour and stirring for 1 minute. 7. Remove from heat and stir in milk to thicken. 8. Return to heat, adding egg and cheese, heating for 6 minutes. 9. Spoon cheese mixture over mince and pasta in dish. 10. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden. 11.
