Cheesy Mexican Cornbread


1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. In a bowl, combine corn muffin mix and onion.

3. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.

4. Add wet mixture to the dry.

5. Mix until moist.

6. Pour into 13x9 baking dish.

7. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.

8. Serve warm!
