1. Slice Zuchhini's into coins or quarters, depends on size of zucchini. 2. Slice Green Onion's. 3. 1 Tbl Canola Oil. 4. Add to Pot and Saute. 5. Add Garlic. 6. Add Chipotle Chili Powder. 7. Stir and Warm Garlic through. 8. Add Broth & Chicken. 9. Simmer for about 30 minutes. 10. Turn off heat and add chopped cilantro. 11. If you so desire, add tortilla chips, some pepper jack cheese and a few slices of avocado to the bowl prior to adding the soup. 12.
