1. Melt cheese, milk and cream over very low heat stirring constantly to prevent it from separating. 2. Season with freshly-chopped basil and a pinch of rosemary and thyme. 3. Arrange the mini tomatoes on the plates. 4. Top with cheese sauce. 5. Put remaining sauce in dish and top with diced tomatoes. 6.
