1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and marinate for two hours (traditional method is at room temperature, I put in the refrigerator). 2. Boil mixture on stovetop until chicken is tender. 3. Preheat Broiler. 4. Remove chicken from sauce and broil until browned. 5. Reduce sauce to half over medium heat. 6. Pour over chicken. 7.
