Chicken And Artichoke Pasta


1. Cook the pasta according to directions.

2. Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high.

3. Add onions, cook 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the chicken and cook 2-3 minutes, until browned.

5. Add the garlic and cook another minute.

6. Add wine, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and artichokes.

7. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook about 5-8 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. The sauce will thicken a bit as it cooks.

8. Turn the heat off and stir in the cheese and basil. Serve over the cooked pasta or toss it all together if you'd rather.

9. Serve with garlic bread.
