1. Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and sautee until lightly browned over med high heat. Add onion and sautee until translucent, add garlic, ginger and spices and saute for a couple more minutes. Add olives, potatoes, lemon juice chicken broth and chickpeas. Reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
