1. Spray 9 x 13 x 2" baking dish.

2. Pound chicken until thin.

3. Roll chicken with dried beef.

4. Slice and secure with a toothpick.

5. Blend soup, sour cream, and wine until smooth.

6. Pour over chicken.

7. Bake covered 300* for 2 hours.

8. Uncover, cook at 350* for another 20 minutes.
