1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow 2 quart casserole. 2. Place chicken thighs in casserole, turning to coat all sides. 3. Add mushrooms (sliced or whole). 4. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 5. Add peas; re-cover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until peas are tender. 6. Actually, I bake the last 10 minutes or so uncovered to reduce the liquid somewhat.
