1. In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 6-8 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and let cool. 2. In a large pot, heat remaining oil. Add onion, garlic and tomatoes. Cover and cook until onion is softened, 4-6 minutes. 3. Add chicken broth and lime juice. Dice chicken and add to pot. 4. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. 5. Ladle into bowls. Garnish with tortilla chips, avocado and green onions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
