1. Mix 3 Tbsp pesto with potatoes and onions. 2. Place into casserole dish. 3. Top with chicken. 4. Evenly rub 1 Tbsp pesto on top of the chicken breasts. 5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and Italian seasonings. 6. Top with cheese. 7. Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes. If the cheese begins to brown too fast, loosely cover w/foil then remove foil during the last 5-10 minutes. 8. Serve with garlic bread and a salad. 9.
