1. In a large skillet place chicken, rice, seasonings, water, and tomato sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. 2. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, or until rice is fully cooked. 3. Add chopped tomato and green onion to combine evenly. 4. Place 1/2 cup of mixture in each tortilla and serve with whatever you like.
