1. Cut your focaccia or Turkish bread to size. 2. Slice open the middle. 3. Spread mayonnaise on the base of both slices of your bread roll. 4. Top with chicken, slices of brie cheese, semi sun-dried tomatoes and avocado, in that order. 5. Salt and pepper to taste. 6.
