1. Cut up chicken, wash & dry. 2. Heat oil & butter until bubbly. 3. Add chicken & cook slowly till golden brown. 4. Remove & set aside. 5. Add all chopped ingredients, let cook slowly, stirring as not to burn. 6. When slightly brown, add tomato paste & two cans water. 7. Add parsley. 8. Replace chicken in gravy & cook till tender over low heat about an hour. 9. Serve with rice. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
