1. Cook chicken and shred. 2. Add chicken, sliced onoins, and sliced peppers to a large skillet. 3. Add broth (enough to simmer the mixture in). 4. Add Cumin (taste to see how much you like in it). 5. melt cheese on low heat with milk(add milk a little at a time so it's not to thin). 6. When the onions and peppers are tender spoon mixture into tortillas. Fold like making a taco. Place in oven on 375 and cook until golden brown. Take out of oven and smother with melted cheese.
