Chicken Curry Pies


1. Saute onions in oil until tender. Add garlic and ginger and saute 30 sec.

2. Add spices and stir together. Add tomatoes and 1/2 c water. Stir.

3. Add chicken and cook through.

4. Done when the water is cooked out.

5. Put 2 T of meat on ea. piece of pie crust. fold over and seal.

6. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minute.
