Chicken Enchiladas

Chicken Enchiladas


1. Spray large skillet with Pam.

2. Cut up chicken into cubes and place in skillet.

3. Place chicken in skillet and sprinkle the chicken taco seasoning over the chicken.

4. (Season to taste I usually use 1/2 the envelope) Cook throughly.

5. Take chicken out of skillet and place in large bowl.

6. Mix the soup, sour cream, and taco sauce together.

7. Add to the chicken.

8. Add 1 c of cheese to chicken mixture.

9. Take about 1/4 cup of mixture and spread in the bottom of 13 X 9 pan.

10. Take tortilla and fill with the chicken mixture.

11. Place in pan and repeat until all the chicken mixture is used.

12. Cover with 1 cup of cheese.

13. Bake at 350 until cheese is browned.
