1. Preheat oven to 350 º. Lighty oil spray a 9 x 13 baking dish. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the chilies, onion, garlic, cilantro, pimento and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. 3. Divide the chicken mixture among the 8 tortillas. Roll tortillas and place seam-side down into baking dish. 4. Mix soup and milk until blended. 5. Spread soup mixture over roll-ups and top with the remaining cheese. 6. Bake 30 minutes until bubbly. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
