1. Trim spring onions and slice finely. 2. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add chicken,drained corn,oregano,chilli powder,salt,pepper and sour cream and bring to boil. 4. Tacos- Fill warm taco shells with filling, grated cheese,shredded lettuce, tomato salsa and guacamole. 5. Burritos-Brush tortillas with melted butter. 6. Heat in the oven or microwave until warm. 7.
