1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. 3. Place the chicken in the bottom of the dish in a single layer. 4. Sprinkle the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, basil/pesto and oregano evenly over the chicken. 5. Spread the sauce evenly across the top. 6. On top of the sauce, sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella and 1/2 of the parmesan evenly across the dish. 7. Sprinkle the crushed croutons across the top and follow with the rest of the cheese. 8. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
