Chicken Legs


1. Place breadcrumbs on a plate.

2. Place lightly whisked egg on a bowl wide enough to dip chicken inches.

3. Dip chicken in egg, then in breadcrumbs.

4. Place in greased dish.

5. Put in fridge for half an hour.

6. Melt butter.

7. Add lemon juice.

8. Put a good spoonful over each piece of chicken.

9. Continue basting till chicken is cooked.

10. Bake at 40-45 minutes at 350°F.

11. Serve with ketchup if you want and whatever side dishes you like.
