Chicken Lemon Grass Curry


1. In a hot wok over high heat add oil, onions and garlic. stir fry 1 minute.

2. Add chicken, pepper, lemon grass, fish sauce, sugar, curry and chili. Stir fry 3 minutes or until fragrant.

3. Add broth and simmer about 5 minutes.

4. Add coconut mils and simmer 3 minutes until slightly thickened and creamy.

5. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro. Serve with rice.
