1. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. 2. Add onion, garlic, and chili powder and saute for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Add livers and saute until they are cooked through but still pink inside. 4. Lower heat. 5. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6.
