1. Combine prunes, olives, capers, caper liquid, oregano, vinegar, olive oil, and garlic in large, ovenproof dish. 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Add chicken, tossing to coat. 4. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. 5. Preheat oven to 350°F. 6. Uncover chicken, and sprinkle with brown sugar, then pour wine over the chicken. 7. Cover and bake 1 hour. 8.
