1. Cook onion in oil, add ketchup, vinegar, mustard, water, chili powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt and pepper and simmer for 15 min. 2. Cover beef with water, add 4-5 bay leaves. 3. Simmer until it can be pulled apart with fork. 4. Serve on bun. 5. Pork or chicken can be used. 6. Can be frozen. 7. Note: I use chicken. 8.
