Chicken Or Ground Beef Stroganoff


1. In a hot skillet saute' onions in butter or margarine.

2. Add in minced garlic, stir.

3. Stir in beef or chicken pieces and seasonings; saute' about 5 minutes or until meat is browned or chicken juices are no longer pink.

4. Add mushrooms, then soup and simmer about 10 minutes.

5. Stir in sour cream and heat but DO NOT boil.

6. Add a little milk if mixture is dry and season to taste.

7. Serve on hot noodles or rice.
