1. Cook pasta according to package directions without salt or fat. 2. Drain and rinse with cold water; set aside. 3. Spray a large skillet with olive oil cooking spray. 4. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic 5 minutes or until onion is clear. 5. Add next 6 ingredients. 6. Bring to a boil. 7. Reduce heat and simmer 5-6 minutes or until chicken is done. 8.
