1. Chicken Satay. 2. Combine chili sauce, garlic and sesame oil in bowl. 3. Cut chicken into strips. 4. Marinate in sauce for 1 hour plus. 5. Thread chicken onto wooden skewers. 6. Broil for 6 minutes on each side or until cooked. 7. Add vegetables to create lettuce wraps. 8. Peanut Sauce. 9.
