1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. Place chicken in a large, heavy skillet. 3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes; turning occasionally. 5. Uncover and increase heat to medium-low and simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce is thickened; turning chicken again after about 15 minutes. 6.
