1. Remove fat and cut chicken breast in to bite size pieces. 2. Brown chicken breast in sesame oil with garlic salt and lemon peper and simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. 3. Add bags of stir-fry vegetables and kitchen bouquet and sesame seeds. 4. Simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are thawed. 5. While that is simmering open and drain cans of baby corn and water chestnuts. 6. Add baby corn and water chestnuts to your dish and simmer 5 more minutes. 7.
