1. In a large frying pan place chicken and add stock until chicken is completely covered. 2. Add juice from can of diced tomatoes. 3. Stir in pkg of Taco seasoning and simmer covered for 15 minutes. 4. Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes, return stock to boil while chicken breasts are resting. 5. Shred chicken and add back to stock. 6. Add diced tomatoes with chilies and 1/2 cup of salsa. 7. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. 8. Eat on soft corn tortillas with sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese. 9. Top off with Salsa Verde. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
