1. Heat oil in wok or frying pan over medium heat. 2. Add garlic, scallions, red pepper and stir fry 5 minutes. 3. Add chicken and cook until done. 4. Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar and cook until sauce begins to become thick (about 5-10 minutes). 5. Stir in basil leaves and cook 5 minutes or just until leaves are wilted. 6.
