1. Put all ingredients in crock pot. 2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken easily shreds. 3. Mix together. 4. Serve with salsa verde, shredded cheese, avocado, various mexican food toppings. 5. Use Rotel diced tomatos for a bit more spice. 6.
