1. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Brown chicken with olive oil until cooked through. 3. Remove chicken and set aside for later. 4. In same pan, add garlic and wine. Simmer for 3 minutes. 5. Add onions and green peppers. Cook covered until onions and peppers are tender. 6. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chicken. Stir. 7.
