1. Season the chicken with the dried oregano, salt and pepper. 2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. 3. Add the chicken, potatoes and green onions, and brown quickly for 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Pour in the broth, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked. 5. Add the lemon juice and fresh oregano. 6. Cook for another 3 minutes. 7.
