1. Brown and drain sausage. Set aside. 2. In a medium saucepan melt Velveeta over low heat. 3. Add cooked sausage and all other remaining ingredients except for V-8 and stir until fully combined. 4. Add V-8 until desired consistency is reached then transfer to a small crockpot for serving.
