1. In a large pot, brown ground beef, breaking apart any large chunks. 2. Add in onion and garlic, fry until softened. 3. Add green pepper. 4. Add tomatoes, undrained. 5. Stir in all beans, undrained. 6. Add chili powder, black pepper. 7. Stirring once in awhile to prevent scorching, simmer for 2 hours. 8. Skim fat, if lean beef used this step shouldn't be necessary. 9. Taste and adjust seasoning. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
