Chili Corn Pudding


1. In a large bowl, cut margarine into Bisquick.

2. Add eggs, corn and milk.

3. Mix together until moist.

4. Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased 8" x 8" x 2" pan, preferable glass.

5. Cover with a layer of chiles and cheese.

6. Pour remaining batter over top.

7. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour until set.
