1. Heat oil.

2. Sautë onions, garlic and meat until brown. Season with salt, pepper and steakhouse seasoning during browning. Drain.

3. Add tomatoes, beer, coffee, tomato paste and beef broth.

4. Add spices.

5. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, covered.
